What is X1 and what we can offer to you?

Coworking Space X1 – first coworking office in Kharkov, Ukraine, which opened it’s doors to IT freelancers, independent professionals and young entrepreneurs in Feb 2009.

Our mission is to create environment where our residents and guests meet optimal balance of comfort, working atmosphere and fun, and can be productive ever.

To make your work with us successful we offer a fully equipped working environment, unlimited Internet access over Wi-Fi/Etherenet, tea/coffe/cookies, dedicated chill out and meeting rooms. And, what is most important actually, creative atmosphere and interesting people around you.

X1 is located in city center, at Kooperativnaya 22 str. what is 7-10 minutes walk from Soviet (Sovetskaya/Radyanska) or Historical Museum(Istoricheckiy Muzei) subway stations.

Space

X1 takes 92 m2 in total, and is divided into 2 working sections, meeting room, chill out room and tea/coffee area.

Both working sections has similar configuration, but one is bit bigger and can host up to 9 coworkers while another one up to 6 coworkers.

We promote open space idea here at X1, so both working sections are open spaces actually.

Internet

We have 2 independent channels here, ADSL from governmental telecommunication company (Ukrtelecom) and Ethernet over direct optical cable provided by Velton. Both channels are used at the same time via hardware load balancer and available over Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

Prices

Basically we have only 2 price options, one per each room. As you read above the main difference between sections is their size, so you can choose considering amount of free space you need on your table.

Working section #1: 800 UAH/month

Working section #2: 1000 UAH/month

What these prices are includes:

— Fixed working place, you’ll have your own chair and table area
— 24/7 access to X1
— Unlimited internet
— Printer, scanner, xerox, fax
— Tea, coffee, cookies, fruits etc.
— Unlimited access to chill out room
— Unlimited access to meeting room (respecting fixed schedule composed by all coworkers of course)
